1. About LineGone
LineGone provides an online ordering, payment and event check-in service connecting customers with independent venues ("Venues"). [Insert legal entity name, Alberta corporate registry number and address.]
2. Customers
You can order without an account. Your contract for food, drink or event entry is with the Venue. LineGone is not the seller of record.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid to the Venue's own Stripe account. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable GST/HST shown separately at checkout.
4. Cancellations & refunds
If a Venue rejects or cancels your order it is refunded in full, including tax, to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your card issuer.
5. Venue obligations
Venues are responsible for their menu, pricing, food safety, GST/HST registration and remittance, and compliance with Alberta and federal law.
6. Platform fees
LineGone charges Venues a platform commission collected automatically through Stripe. [Insert current fee schedule.]
7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
